Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería, no technical degrees).
Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
Advanced English (TOEFL score ≥ 85).
Valid Passport and Mexican Citizenship.
Minimum two years of clinical experience.

Career & Salary
Average salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year, depending on the state. Full-time position (36 hours/week) with health, dental, and vision insurance included.
Green Card eligibility after three years of continuous employment.

Be constantly aware of safety and follow up on identified risks.
Communicate with residents, families and team members effectively and be able to individualize communication to accommodate resident specific needs.
Complete assigned duties such as, but not limited to; activities of daily living (ADLs), showers, socialization time with residents, mealtime duties, maintaining neat resident spaces, medication administration, replenishing supplies, providing clean linen, and transporting residents to appointments.
Monitor resident activity, food intake, functional status, psychosocial status and take action as necessary to promote resident wellbeing. Report status changes immediately to supervisor.
Document all completed tasks and ADLs as soon as possible.
Attend all required in-services and training in compliance with state and federal guidelines and facility protocols. Support current certifications with any required continuing education.
Participate on the resident care team by identifying personal preferences of residents, maintaining the highest achievable level of functioning, and informing nursing leadership with critical information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
