Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería, no technical degrees).

  • Professional License (Cédula Profesional).

  • Advanced English (TOEFL score ≥ 85).

  • Valid Passport and Mexican Citizenship.

  • Minimum two years of clinical experience.

Career & Salary

Average salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year, depending on the state. Full-time position (36 hours/week) with health, dental, and vision insurance included.


Green Card eligibility after three years of continuous employment.

Stage 1 - Healthcare Practitioner CNA 

Salary: $42,000–$46,800

Entry-level training and patient support while adapting to U.S. standards.


Stage 2 - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 

Salary: $53,000–$59,000

Credential validation and expanded clinical responsibility.


Stage 3 - Registered Nurse (RN) 

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Full professional practice and career growth opportunities.

Most participants reach RN status within 6–18 months (about 1 and a half years). Contracts last at least three years, with Green Card eligibility after year 3.
